ABOUT ME

My name is Krystal Haworth and I’ve been a massage therapist since 2009. I am originally from Florida and moved to Connecticut with my husband and our two fur babies in April of 2023. This incredible journey with massage began when I was a dog groomer. I would rub the girls shoulders and one day they said I could do this for a living. I gave it a try and my life has never been the same! My philosophy is to never stop learning and growing as a massage therapist so that I can help my clients improve their quality of life. My specialties include Medical, Pregnancy, Sports, Manual Lymph Drainage, and many more. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you!
